Customer Care Agent

The South Adams County Water & Sanitation is dedicated to providing reliable, affordable, and sustainable water resources and services in order to protect public health, the environment, and quality of life and we are seeking to fill a Customer Care support position at our administrative office.

This position will provide customer service support and assistance to District customers including:

·        Assists walk in customers as well as phone customers with:

• problem investigation and resolution
• new or water transfer services
• billing or payment issues

·        Initiates work orders for service or meter issues

·        Coordinates with meter services as needed

·        Partners with other district personnel and department colleagues as needed

Qualified candidates should have a High School Diploma OR equivalent combination of education and experience. Prior related administrative, customer service and cash handling experience necessary. Proficient ability with MS Office applications. Solid problem solving, customer service and communication skills requiredf. Bilingual Spanish helpful.

Salary range: $20.86-33.86/hourly

The successful candidate will be required to complete a drug screen and background check prior to employment.
